Document Description
Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) operates Moreno Valley Wastewater Reclamation Facility (MVRWRF), which has two secondary treatment plants, Plant 1 and Plant B. Basin 2A at Plant 2 is in need of structural, safety, mechanical, and electrical improvements to continue with reliable operation.
The scope of the proposed project includes: rehabilitation of the aeration basins and secondary clarifiers 1 and 2; modifications to the existing influent pump station; installation of new buried and overhead pipes to convey process flows to the facilities and structures; site civil improvements; associated electrical, instrumentation, and control system modifications; and control integration services. Beneficiaries of the project are MVRWRF staff and EMWD ratepayers.
