Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-TRI-45994-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Nancy Rahimi. The project is limited to the following activities: installation of a small spring box at an emergent spring, headwaters for Olsen Creek, and diversion of water for domestic use, limited to 450 gallons of water per day. Additional activities outside of the Streambed Alteration Agreement include soil stabilization and removal/cleanup of refuse and debris associated with a former cannabis cultivation operation.
