Document Description
The project entails granting a right of entry permit to MasTec Communications Group for temporary access across State Park property in order to replace fiber optic cables in an easement located entirely within the Union Pacific Railroad (UPR) right of way. The work does not expand existing facilities and only includes fiber splicing between existing manholes and associated maintenance operations, all occurring in the UPR right of way with no disturbance to State Parks’ property. All work shall adhere to Departmental policies and standard best management practices to minimize impacts to sensitive resources.
