The project applicant proposes to construct a 4,816 square foot Buddhist temple, 1,381 square foot service building, recreational lawn / garden, and associated parking and landscaping within a 9.6-acre parcel in the Vineyard Community (community) of unincorporated Sacramento County. Improvements include the construction of curb, gutter, and sidewalk along the subject parcel’s frontage, extension of the existing on-site driveway to connect to the eastern portion of the parcel, and construction of an 88-stall parking lot. A Use Permit and Design Review are requested for the project.
