Document Description
Use Permit to legalize to legalize two existing solid-wood archways, 16’1-feet-tall, positioned at two entry points along the front of the subject property, and to legalize an existing metal and wooden fence 7’1-feet-tall which together run approximately 97-feet along the front property line, approximately 26'-8-feet from the centerline of Price Ave, on a 0.46-acre residential parcel. The use is consistent with the Sonoma County General Plan and Sonoma County Zoning Code. The project parcel is within the UR 5 land use designation in the Sonoma County General Plan, which is intended to provide residential uses such as single-family dwellings on lands with access to urban services. The proposed fence, and gate is a compatible use within the UR land use designation. The RR (Rural and Residential) Zoning District allows for fences above 3 feet in height within front-yard setback areas with a Use Permit (Zoning Code Section 26-88-030(a)).

No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
