Document Description
Greenlane Infrastructure, LLC (Greenlane) has applied to the City of Blythe to develop an electric vehicle (EV) Fast Charging Station, with a temporary truck and trailer parking facility, and Solar Power Generation with a Battery Energy Storage System. The project site includes three parcels totaling 37.38 acres. The charging station and truck parking uses will be developed in a first phase with subsequent project elements to be developed based upon market conditions. Site operations would be consistent with the City’s General Plan and zoning land use designations of “Service-Industrial” and “General Commercial”. Primary beneficiaries include the applicant and the City of Blythe, and the State of California.
