Document Description
The business will operate a cannabis retail non-storefront located at 6334 Slauson Blvd, Culver City, CA 90230. The APN is 4216-026-031-21. It will operate out of an existing 2123 SF building on a lot area of 5152 SF. There will also be distribution and manufacturing activities on-site. The delivery hours of operation occur from 8:00 AM, for the daily activity preparation of orders, and 10 AM for order intake and close at 9 PM. There will be two shifts - one from 8 AM to 3 PM, and one from 3 PM to 9 PM. We anticipate between four to six employees on-site with four six on-site during operating hours. The site will have one vehicle (a van) used for distribution of licensed products from licensed manufacturers to licensed retailers. The van is estimated to pick up product two to three times per week from various manufacturers and then bring such product to the facility where it is inventoried and resorted for sales purposes. The delivery service will generate 100 - 250 deliveries per week. These will be handled by six delivery drivers, working in two shifts of three. Delivery hours will be from 10 AM - 9 PM, with most deliveries occurring after 4 PM.

Reasons for Exemption
The Department of Cannabis Control has determined that the project is a Class 32 Categorical Exemption Project. Class 32 Categorical Exemptions consist of the environmentally benign infill projects that are consistent with the General Plan and Zoning requirements. This class is not intended for projects that would result in any significant traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality impacts. This exemption is not limited to any use type and may apply to residential, commercial, industrial, public facility, and/or mixed-use projects. None of the exceptions to the exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply to the Project.
