The subject site does not contain habitats or sensitive environmental resources and there is no substantial evidence the project may impact an environmental resource of hazardous or critical concern. The project site is not located in the Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone but will comply with the specific requirements for landscaping and brush clearance
