The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration
Agreement No. EPIMS-FRE-48420-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant, Chevron Production North America Exploration and Production. The Project includes activities required to excavate and remove polychlorinated biphenyls- and Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon-containing soil from a decommissioned oil field. Activities will also include placement of imported fill
material, recontouring, and seeding of the site.
