Document Description
Project proposes to relocate an existing Flock Safety (Flock) camera and install a second Flock camera within Columbia State Historic Park to aid in the prevention of and response to emergency situations in the park. The two (2) new locations will be on the south side of Jackson Street, west of Main Street and on the south side of Columbia Street, east of Parrots Ferry Road. Work will: • Remove the existing Flock camera from a pole located at Fulton and Columbia Street; • Cut the remaining pole at ground level and remove; • Mount one (1) flock camera on an existing pole on Jackson Street; • For a new pole at the second location: o Excavate an approx. 3-ft x 3-ft wide x 4-ft deep hole; o Install a 12-ft tall metal pole with solar panel attached at the top; o Pour cement to secure the post in place; and o Install the Flock camera to the pole.
