Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-CCA-60813-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Pittsburg Data Hub, LLC as represented by Kevin Murphy.
The project is associated with the development of the Pittsburg Data Hub, and is limited to the clearing, grubbing, grading, and filling of seasonal wetlands, a seasonal drainage, and riparian vegetation within the project site necessary to construct the Pittsburg Data Hub. Additionally, the project will decommission and replace one culvert that discharges to an unnamed intermittent creek to the east of the project site. Approximately 83 trees will be removed to prepare the site for construction.
