Document Description
The proposed project consists of in-kind replacement of the existing four chiller system. The scope includes removal and replacement of chillers, analysis and recommendation for replacement of associated pumps, electrical service, low voltage controls and miscellaneous piping. The work will be performed in phases: Chillers 1 and 2 will be installed first and commissioned before replacement of chillers 3 and 4. The new equipment will be mounted on the existing concrete pads.
