The NKRS Trucking Facility Project would develop two parcels (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 326-160-19 and 326-160-20) that are each 2.38 acres, totaling approximately 4.76 acres at the south side of West Nielsen Avenue between West Marks Avenue and North Valentine Avenue. The proposed project includes the development of a trucking facility that would provide general automotive work, including minor repairs and major engine and transmission rebuilding or replacement. The project also includes the construction of associated on-site improvements. The hours of operation would be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The facility would be private and not open to the public. Approximately six employees would be on-site during operation.
