Caltrans proposes a Ramp Pavement Rehabilitation project in San Diego County along WB 905 at the offramp to Oro Vista Road. Project work consists of removing 0.2’ of existing asphalt and replacing it with 0.2’ of rubberized asphalt, applying a fog seal coat, re-striping, and re-looping.
