Document Description
The scope of work is to install new security gates at each gangway entrance to the marina slips. This will involve removing a combined 14' 2 1/8" section of existing 42"-high gate and fencing, and replacing it with new security gates and fencing measuring 14' 2 1/8" wide by 6' 1" high. A total of 70' 10 5/8" of the existing 1,380 feet of marina perimeter fencing will be upgraded to meet the new security standard. The remaining 1,309' 1 3/8" of fencing will remain unchanged. No work will occur in the water area abutting the railing. The gates will be visibly open to ensure no obstruction of views of water areas.
