Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-61059-R2, pursuant to Section
1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, David Kerner. The project is limited
to construction of a stairway attached to an existing seawall, a 30 by 3-foot gangway, and 10-
foot by 28-foot floating platform. The platform will be attached to 3, 8-inch diameter metal
pylons, driven using a free fall hammer method with a soft start. No digging or drilling will be
used. No vegetation is present in the impacted areas.
