CEQA Guidelines Class 3 Section 15301 New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures
Reasons for Exemption
This action is consistent with Section 15303, Class 3, pertaining to New Construction or Conversion of Existing Structures. The use of Section 15303, Class 3, is applicable and appropriate as three of the resulting parcels will be vacant
and would allow for new construction under the Tulare County Zoning Ordinance if the project is approved. The division of land does not allow for the number of structures on the resulting parcels to exceed the maximum allowable on any legal parcel.
