Document Description
The project includes extending two baffle stacks on the Napa State Hospital's Co-gen plant and adding ladder access the exhausts for air sampling. Work will add an approximately 150 inch baffle stack extension to the existing exhaust stack, construct two approximately 40 foot ladders with cage to the of of the exhaust stacks, and construct a platform near the top of the exhaust stack for access.
