Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-57723-R1C,
pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Roy Perkins.
The Project is limited to one (1) encroachment to decommission an existing culverted stream crossing, previously permitted for replacement by Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement, Notification No. 1600-2018-0762-R1. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the existing culvert and fill material, restoration of the stream channel, and revegetation of the impacted stream banks.
