Document Description
The proposed project consists of an Annexation, Pre-Zoning, Tentative Subdivision Map and Lot Line Adjustment of a vacant 18.45± acre parcel of unincorporated land in San Joaquin County into the City of Manteca. Also to be annexed are eight existing single-family homes on estate-sized lots, located across Cottage Avenue to the east from the vacant parcel. This application will clean up the existing City boundary line in consistency with LAFCo standards and set the stage for construction of a 72-unit single-family subdivision. A 4.6 acre remainder parcel will be created, to be developed later for commercial uses.
