Document Description
The existing 8-inch pipe is undersized and creates a hydraulic bottleneck when one of the water treatment plants is off-line. The project would install a 12-inch pipeline to alleviate the issue, benefitting customers by improving distribution reliability and fire flow. The project would be within the existing roadway and directionally drilled underwater. A small amount of easement would be required. There would be no in-water work.
