Document Description
The Project would involve performing nine geotechnical explorations to collect information needed to assess the stability of the Feather River riverbank in response to predicted changes in the water surface elevations that would be produced by the proposed removal of Sunset Weir and thus support the development of potential bank protection measures. The geotechnical investigations would also collect information needed to provide geotechnical recommendations for the design of a new Sunset pump station and new intake structures.
