The proposed project consists of renovation & upgrade of the IT room on second level to conform to current mechanical and electrical code requirements. Upgrades consist of the removal of an interior partition, installation of new wiring, installation of a server and equipment, fire-rated wall insulation and sheathing, and installation of a wall-mounted split system cooling unit. Upgrades are required by the State Fire Marshal.
