The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed
California Endangered Species Act Incidental Take Permit No. 2081-2025-022-06 (ITP), pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison (SCE).
The Project will: Replace 12 poles (2066415E, 4798162E, 1857044E, 4442429E,
1857051E, 1857052E, 1857053E, 1857054E, 1857059E, 1857061E, 1857064E, and
1857065E); with concurrent replacement of one sonotube (1857053E, foundation
constructed from a cardboard tube); ; concurrent installation of two new caissons at two poles (2066415E and 4442429E); concurrent installation of new sonotubes at four of the 12 poles (4798162E, 1857051E, 1857052E, and 1857054E); and installation of a new ground rod at one of the 12 poles (1857064E); Install 7 new poles (4964706E,
4964707E, 4964708E, 4964709E, 4964710E, 4964711E, and 4964712E), of which two will require new caissons (4964707E and 4964708E) and 3 will require new anchors (4964706E, 4964707E, and 4964708E); Replace 3 anchors (1857055E and 1857058E x2); Install 5 new anchors (4964706E, 1857045E, 4964707E, 1857046E, and 4964708E); Remove one anchor (1857063E); and Install conductor covers.
