Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction of a 6,800 square-foot AutoZone retail auto parts store on a one-acre site located at the northwest corner of Lassen Avenue and 12th Street in the City of Huron. Improvements will include building construction, parking, landscaping, drive aisles, utility services, trash enclosure, and installation of a fire hydrant. The project will provide convenient access to automotive parts and supplies within the community, supporting local residents and businesses by reducing the need to travel outside the city for such goods. As a permitted use within the Service Commercial zone, the project is intended to enhance local commercial services, stimulate economic activity, and contribute to the City’s tax base while offering employment opportunities for area residents
