A Categorical Exemption, ENV-2024-4676-CE, has been prepared for the proposed project consistent with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and the City CEQA Guidelines. The proposed project is for allow the construction, use, and maintenance of a maximum 6-foot over-in-height wall and pedestrian gate within the required front yard setback and public right-of-way in the RE15-1-H Zone in lieu of the maximum height of 3 feet, 6 inches otherwise allowed under LAMC Section12.21-C.1(g). The Categorical Exemption prepared for the proposed project is appropriate pursuant to CEQA Guideline Section 15303 (Class 3).
