Document Description
The purpose of this Project is to repair, replace, and/or improve deteriorated culvert systems. The project is needed to maintain proper functioning of culvert systems, prevent failure of the overlying highway, and protect the safety of the traveling public. (Enclosure 1). Temporary impacts to jurisdictional waters will result from equipment/machinery access associated with construction. There are no permanent impacts to Waters of the State as all culverts will remain in-kind.

The Water Board will file a Notice of Exemption with the State Clearinghouse concurrently with this order.
