Document Description
The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Professions Code, Section 26012, approved a Medium Indoor commercial cannabis license submitted on 04/04/2025, by Pico Facilities LLC. : Project is located at 1513 S. Mirasol Street in Los Angeles County. The Project-Specific Information submitted by the Applicant states that existing structures will remain with no expansion proposed. Existing City sewer service is provided to the project site, and water and electricity are provided by the City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. Operations would be seven days per week from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The site is comprised of one lot totaling approximately 17,700 gross square feet, zoned M3-1-CUGU with a Industrial - Warehousing, Distribution, Storage - Warehousing, Distribution, Over 50,000 SF - One Story building originally constructed in 1942. Water and power is served by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.

Class 1 Categorical Exemptions consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alterations to existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination. None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
