Document Description
The Work consists primarily of constructing, repairing, removing, and/or replacing curb ramps, sidewalks, driveways, alley entrances, curbs, gutters, medians, masonry, retaining walls, and other concrete improvements; landscape work and tree pruning or removal; excavation; grading; curb painting and pavement markings; and concrete and bituminous pavement work. Repairs, adjustments, reconstruction, or extensions of water, sewer, storm drain, irrigation, and other utility facilities may be included in the Work. The detailed scope of work follows the ADA Self Evaluation and Transition Plan 2019 found on the City's Website: https://www.longbeach.gov/citymanager/ada/
