The Work consists primarily of constructing, repairing, removing, and/or replacing curb ramps, sidewalks, driveways, alley entrances, curbs, gutters, medians, masonry, retaining walls, and other concrete improvements; landscape work and tree pruning or removal; excavation; grading; curb painting and pavement markings; and concrete and bituminous pavement work. Repairs, adjustments, reconstruction, or extensions of water, sewer, storm drain, irrigation, and other utility facilities may be included in the Work.
