Document Description
The 2025 Colusa County Regional Transportation Plan will serve as the planning blueprint to guide transportation investment in the county involving local, State, and Federal funding over the next 20 years. The project area consists of the entire County of Colusa. Each project identified in the 2025 RTP contributes to system preservation, capacity enhancement, safety, and/or multimodal enhancements. This RTP focuses on developing a coordinate and balance multimodal regional transportation system that is financially constrained to the revenues anticipated over the life of the plan (2045). The analysis in this initial study found no impacts that are anticipated to be potentially significant on a regional system-wide level.
