Document Description
Notice of Determination for the Leonard Lake Reserve portion of the project, which, Pursuant to Public Resources Code § 4799.05(f), the Secretary of the Natural Resources Agency has determined that the project is not subject to CEQA. Further, under the Governor’s March 1, 2025 Proclamation of State of Emergency and implementing suspension authority delegated to CNRA/CalEPA, certain statutory and regulatory requirements (including CEQA) have been suspended for eligible fuels reduction projects, and this project received a Secretarial Determination under that process. Accordingly, no CEQA document has been prepared, and this determination does not constitute a finding of environmental significance under CEQA.
