Document Description
To construct a 50-foot by 60-foot prefabricated metal boat dock attached to five existing 12-inch diameter steel pilings with a 12-foot by 26-foot slip and boat lift. The dock will be accessed by a 4-foot by 4-foot concrete landing and 4-foot-wide concrete stairs that connect to a 4-foot by 4-foot intermediate concrete landing supporting a 4-foot by 50-foot metal gangway. A 1.5-foot by 50-foot metal debris diverter supported by two existing 18-inch diameter steel piling will be located upstream of the dock. Approximately 100 feet of 6-inch diameter, 0.28-inch-thick, steel utility casing conduit pipe will be installed through the levee to supply electricity and water to the dock. 2-inch diameter, 0.15-inch-thick, polyvinyl chloride pipes will be grouted within the conduit to house electrical lines and water. Construction will be performed using a crane truck, work boat, and work truck. The dock will be fabricated offsite and floated into place.

No expansion of existing or former use will occur.
