The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMSTEH-51629-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Deer Creek Irrigation District as represented by Jeffrey Rabo. The project is limited to the implementation of an adaptive management strategy for the Deer Creek Irrigation District’s Fish Passage Improvement Project, as well as ongoing maintenance and operation activities for the associated diversion and fish screening structures.
