Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMSORA-59798-R5 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Orange County
Parks. The overall Project consists of the improvement of eight distinct segments of a concrete pathway within William Mason Regional Park. Project activities include removing and reconstructing low-lying concrete pathway areas, replacing storm drainpipes with pedestrian bridges, and removing existing concrete debris to alleviate routine flooding in lower-elevation portions of the trail. Specific Project activities will include site clearance using heavy equipment; removal and demolition of an existing concrete pathway and storm drainpipe; grading; installation of boardwalk bridges, riprap, piers, footing, abutments, and concrete sidewalks; and, protection of existing utilities. The total area for all eight sites in the Project footprint is 0.20 acre.

The project will not remove any trees.
