Document Description
The projects entail facility repairs, maintenance. and upgrades at existing County-owned and/or operated buildings throughout San Luis Obispo County. The proposed repair and upgrades will include but are not limited to HVAC maintenance; roof repairs; utility upgrades and installation; seismic upgrades; lighting improvements;
interior remodeling; fence installation; and paving. The proposed repairs and upgrades will consist of in-kind repair and/or replacement. During review of the project no exceptions as described in section 15300.2 of the CEQA Guidelines, were determined to be applicable to the project.
