Document Description
The Golden Triangle Yard is where the Utility Operations group is located. There is a warehouse and two modular buildings that are used by a staff of 35, with 3 supervisors and 1 Management Analyst. Minor modifications have been completed over the last several years since the formation of SCV Water. Over the next several years it is expected that the group will increase to a staff of more than 40, which will require additional parking, locker space and office space. Therefore, a remodel for this group is needed.
