The project would not impact an environmental resource of hazardous or critical concern where designated, precisely mapped, and standard Conditions of Approval are included to minimize potential impacts to trees and other biological resources. No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
