Caltrans proposes ramp pavement rehabilitation by removing 0.2 feet of existing asphalt and replacing it with 0.2 feet of rubberized asphalt with a dike (type E) hot mix asphalt (HMA) along the southbound Route 15 offramp to Market Street at postmile R1.9 in San Diego, CA. Ramp pavement rehabilitation is necessary to improve traffic safety on this damaged onramp. All work will be performed within the existing ramp pavement and within Caltrans right-of-way.
