Document Description
The proposed action consists of approval of the first amendment to a ground lease with SGCLMC-Weld Investment Company, L.P. (lessee), to extend the lease term by an additional 25 years, with two renewal options. The first allows the lease to be extended by 15 years, and the second option provides for an additional 9 years, resulting in a total potential lease term of 99 years. The amendment will also add the Working Families Ordinance (WFO) provision. Approval does not include a reduction in rent obligations.
