Document Description
The project involves construction of a per- and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) groundwater treatment and disinfection facility, rehabilitation of Wells W9 and W10, and construction of an approximately 8,000-foot raw water pipeline along San Francisquito Creek Trail. To allow for truck access to the treatment facility, the existing access easement along San Francisquito Creek Trail would be expanded in three locations. The proposed facility would treat PFAS in pumped groundwater to levels below the federal Maximum Contaminant Level, restore the use of Wells W9 and W10, and reduce SCV Water's dependency on imported water.
