Placing 0.17-foot HMA overlay, and 4-foot wedge grind conform to existing curb and gutter for Fairway Court, Greenview Court, and Greenview Drive. 3. Repairing pavement structural failure areas with full depth 0.50 feet of Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A). 4. Paving Driveways (Type ES). 5. Performing Earthwork (Miscellaneous Areas) along edge of pavement for Woodbridge Road and placing Shoulder Backing: 3 feet (8%), and 1 foot to conform. 6. Removing and replacing 3 monument frame and covers. 7. Adjusting 30 monument frame and covers. 8. Adjusting 16 storm drain maintenance hole frame and covers. 9. Adjusting 20 water valve frame and covers. 10. Removing and replacing existing failing curb and gutter. 11. Removing 16 feet of yellow thermoplastic striping. Environmental Setting: In these portions of the San Joaquin County, land usage is primarily residential with single family homes. There are many large trees adjacent to the project area. Nesting and migratory birds, protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, may nest within these trees. Furthermore, the Swainson’s Hawk, a raptor species of concern within the State of California and listed as threatened may nest adjacent to or within the project area. A pre-construction survey for nesting Swainson’s Hawks and other migratory birds is recommended if construction is scheduled to occur from February 15th to September 1st. Beneficiaries: The public will see increased safety and fewer hazards with these well-maintained roads. Overall, there will be reduced maintenance concerns and more reliability within the project area.
