The project site is less than five acres in size and is surrounded by urban uses, is currently developed for an urban use, is of no value as habitat for endangered species, would not result significant in effects to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality, and can be adequately served by all required utilities and public services. The site is not included on any list compiled pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5 for hazardous waste sites.
