Project proposes to extend the service life of bridge structures by patching miscellaneous deck spalls, placing protective bridge methacrylate sealant, replace joint seals and overlaying bridge deck with polyester concrete at 17 locations on I-405 between University Drive and the I-405/ SR 22 Connector. This is maintenance work and involves night work, light/glare, lane and ramp closure, and detours. All work will occur within Caltrans Right of Way. The disturbed soil area is less than 1 acre. The project is state-only funded and is subject to CEQA only. This is a Minor B Project and public will benefit from it.
