Reasons for Exemption
There is no reasonable possibility that the Project will have a significant effect on the environment. Licensee will restore any temporary impacts to the license area to a condition equal to or superior to conditions existing at the effective date of the license. The direct and indirect impacts of the Project consist of minor alterations of existing private structures (overhead electric utility poles) involving negligible or no expanding of existing or former use, which is categorically exempt under Class 1 (Existing Facilities), and of minor, temporary, alterations in the condition of land that will not result the removal of healthy, mature, or scenic tree, which is categorically exempt under Class 4 (Minor Alterations to Land).
