Document Description
The encroachment permit applicant, CVIN, is proposing to conduct environmental survey work in unincorporated Fresno County between postmile 20.65 (community of Helm) and 13.213 (community of Five Points) on State Route 145 in Fresno County. Work will include windshield surveys, with occasional stops in designated pull-out areas to review and account for sensitive species. A notice will be placed behind the vehicle during stops for safety. All vehicles will remain within the maintained shoulder (graded/shoulder backed areas). No ground disturbance, vegetation disturbance, or wildlife trapping is permitted. Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit (06-25-6-SV-1542) for the survey work within State right-of-way.
