Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number CAL-62386-R2, pursuant to
Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Damon Wyckoff/Calaveras
County Water District.
The project is limited to the removal of approximately 400 cubic yards of sediment and debris
(tree stumps, snags, branches, etc.) up-stream of the diversion intake on Bear Creek.
Permittee will install a small temporary coffer dam and associated piping to divert flows
around the project location if water is present during project activities.
