The proposed project would not cause any significant impacts to the environment. In accordance with Section 15300.2, which stipulates the exceptions to CEQA categorical exemptions, the proposed project would not result in a significant cumulative impact, significant effect on the environment, or impact scenic highways, hazardous waste sites, or historical resources. Accordingly, the proposed project is exempt from the requirements of CEQA.
