Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit that Southern California Edison (SCE) crew to split the lane on E 32nd Avenue between Orange Avenue and FWY 405 on-ramp to remove and replace deteriorated SCE utility pole #1012822E. The pole location is approximately 170 feet West of the on-ramp of I-405 North, at postmile (PM) 5.34, in the City of Signal Hills, County of Los Angeles, and to perform temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 72 inches, an average width of 72 inches, and a maximum length of 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
