Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Charter Communications to tie into the existing 17-inch x 30-inch cabinet (an all-in-one cabinet), to access the conduit for maintenance or splicing. Charter is also installing 76 feet of 1- to 3-inch conduit by open Asphalt trench and tying it into the existing cabinet, as well as performing associated temporary traffic control activities on Dalewood Street at the I-10 freeway off-ramp at postmile (PM) 32.778, in the city of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 42 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 76 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
